The famous game Space Invaders. From December 8 to January 6, the Christmas aspect was activated. This game is nothing like the original. The original game sped up as you got closer to finishing each level. This one keeps the same speed.
It's way to slow for me. I prefer the original over this one. Nothing like the original. I gave one star for the effort. I finished a level and they moved off the screen. I saw the guys bobbing off and on the screen.
Then I shot them and they disappeared then nothing happened. Otherwise its a great game! Pretty good. Close to the original. Not an easy game to translate to tablet. Would like to be able to drag my ship instead of tapping. Movement is not as fluid as it should be so can't get the speed to fire and then move fast enough to keep from getting hit. Reaction time on fire not as fast as needs to be. Need to have a setting so can choose if fire on left or right for the lefties out there.
Icing on cake would be if fire button was red circle as homage to Atari joystick. I really wanted to like this game because I can see the potential, but it needs polish. I liked the sound effects and graphics, but the touch controls for a tablet needed work.
